Chris Conley
Chris joined Oberer Realty Services in 1995 after five years as a staff accountant and corporate liaision in real estate transactions for a major manufacturing firm. As a result of his leadership role in both the commercial real estate and development operations, the Oberer portfolio has grown from 260,000 SF in 1995 to now over 2,000,000 SF valued at over $141 million. Chris has accomplished this exceptional growth through acquisitions and new developments, several of which have been Kroger-anchored centers. Oberer now has seven Kroger-anchored developments with two more on the horizon making Oberer and affiliates the Dayton area’s largest Kroger developer.
A graduate of The Ohio State University with a double major in Accounting and Finance, Chris became a realtor in 1993 and a licensed broker in 2001. He is currently a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) candidate, having completed all educational requirements and preparing to submit his portfolio and sit for the exam.
Paul Howe
Before joining Oberer Realty Services in 2001, Paul spent 10 years in commercial real estate with RG Properties. While at RG he focused primarily on retail leasing and outlot sales, and developed numerous tenant representation relationships which he continues to produce deals for today. Paul currently represents Papa John’s Pizza, Qdoba, BW3, Milanos, Dollar Tree, JoAnn Fabrics & Wright-Patt Credit Union. To date he has leased over 1.2 million SF and completed almost 60 ground lease/sale transactions.
Paul holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from the University of Dayton and is a member in good standing of the Dayton Area Board of Realtors and International Council of Shopping Centers.
Danielle Kuehnle
Danielle came to Oberer Realty Services in 2002 with a background in marketing as a government contracted Program Manager. She received her real estate license in 2003 and has since completed over $7.5 million in transactions for Oberer, including office and retail leasing and sales of both Oberer owned properties and third party real estate. Danielle also provides tenant representation and assistance with site seclection.
Danielle holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Wright State University and is a member in good standing of the Dayton Area Board of Realtors and International Council of Shopping Centers.
John Orr
Prior to joining Oberer Realty Services in 2000, John spent four years in commercial real estate focused on third party transactions of retail sales and leasing, site assessment and land acquisitions for Larry Stein Realty. He brought to Oberer not only his commercial experience, but also strong contacts and excellent working relationships with the Dayton area commercial brokers. At Oberer, John focuses on land sales, build-to-suits, and leasing of the office and retail portfolio owned by Oberer Development and its affiliates. He also continues to handle third party transactions.
John is a graduate of James Madison University where he received a Bachelor of Science in Business Management. He is a member in good standing of the Dayton Area Board of Realtors and International Council of Shopping Centers.
